Novas regras para restaurantes em roma. Será??

Olá Dani, acabei de ver num site Italy travel advice
que mudaram as regras para os restaurantes de Roma. Alguém sabe dizer se isso já está em prática. Será que vai pegar?

General - Restaurants
New regulations are now in force in the Rome area regarding service and other charges made in local restaurants.

The restaurant must:

- Display a menu outside the restaurant
- Only charge for bread if the customer specifically requests it
- Inform the customer of the prices being charged before he/she orders
- Show the wine list with the prices displayed
- Give a proper fiscal receipt for the bill giving full details of the charges
- Not make any cover charge (coperto)

Olá Sandra , acabei de chegar da minha viagem á Roma e Toscana, a única coisa que não foi cumprida é a cobrança de coperto por alguns restaurantes. Mas o resto foi respeitado sim , tive alguns problemas com uns garços apressadinhos que queriam que fizesse todo o pedido logo no começo, mas não que uma bronca não resolva . Se precisarem de alguma dica é só falara
